"Friendliness Shines Everywhere!"

No.

I guess this is a little to flat-rate and might cause false hope, which could be easy intended by what Buddha called animal arts (Tiracchāna Vijjā, such as using cāṭukamyaṃ karoti), or people would say: "Look how he acts, like a carnival barker, like dealer."

So where does it shine and where does it not shine?
For whom does is shine and for whom does it not shine?
What is the cause of perceiving friendliness and what is the cause to be blind to see it shine?
What is the cause of wrongly perceive pleasure as friendliness and what is the cause to perceive of penetrating this delusion?
