Anger has no part to play in any of our daily activities. I'm very rarely angry which I know sometimes annoys my friends and I'm sure those who might not like me. Being positive in a society where people like to have their emotions move from one extreme to another is the real issue we have to deal with. Many people see not being angry as indifference to them or life. I spend all my time trying to explain my point of view. I'm starting to succeed but very slowly.
On the subject of anger, I have a question. Do you think it's possible to remove anger without replacing it with love? I know that I can remove anger quite easily without replacing it with another emotion, but what about everyone else?
