Hi,
The Abhidhamma says that after an object has entered through one of the 5 sense-doors it is next experienced through the mind-door. But can objects, that are not one’s thoughts or imaginations, enter through the mind-door without previously having entered through the 5 sense-doors?
Thank you.

Hi Mitta
Sense door objects must first be experienced by the respective sense door, this cannot be bypassed.

Hi,
I was asking about mental objects entering directly through the mind-door.
I guess that some phenomena such as telepathy must enter through the mind-door since the other 5 sense-doors only have the capability of experience physical ultimate realities.
In the Suttas is stated that the mind is a sense-door, although I don’t know any Sutta stating that it can or that it can’t receive external mental objects.
